Richard Kuder

September 14, 1955 — February 13, 2014

Frannie, Wyoming resident Richard Alan Kuder, 58, went to be with the Lord on February 13, 2014.

He was born on September 14, 1955, at Tribune, Kansas, the son of Margaret Y. (Walter) and LaVern C. Kuder.  He attended schools at Tribune, graduated with the class of 1974 from Weskan High School at Weskan, Kansas, and attended Colby Community College in Colby, Kansas.

He served his country in the United States Navy. He and Evelyn Rogers were married November 23, 1975.

On March 8, 1990, he and Kathy Austin were married, and he adopted her children.  They lived in Kansas, and then later in Nebraska and Montana.

On August 22, 2002, he and Michelle D. Berninger were married, and they made their home in Montana and later in Wyoming.  He was a loving father, son, brother, and husband, and last but not least, grandpa. Rich was an avid fan of WWE and Candy Crush.  He was a lover of animals of all kinds.

Preceding him in death were his daughter Crystal Ann; father; brothers William Donald; and John David and his wife Sally; and brother-in-law Gene Hackerott.

Surviving family includes his sons John Samuel Kuder and Christopher Lee Kuder, Sr., both of Kansas; Gene Ryan Kuder of Pennsylvania; Keith Scott Kuder of Wyoming; daughter Holly Lynn Kuder of Montana; mother Margaret Yvonne Kuder, brother Merlin Ray Kuder and his wife Shirley, and sister Terresa Hackerott, all of Kansas; ten grandchildren Christopher Lee Kuder, Jr.; Richard LaVern Neil Kuder; Lensey Michelle Kuder; Nathan Samuell Eldon Kuder,  all of Springfield, Missouri; John Samuel Kuder, Jr.; William Thomas Kuder; Lavern Neal Lee Kuder, all of Texas; Alex Kade Kuder of Kansas; Ryan James Kuder-Asbridge of Wyoming; Faith Ann Green of Wyoming.

The funeral will be Wednesday, February 19, at 10:30 AM MT, at Risen King Church in Weskan, with burial to follow in the Weskan Cemetery.

Friends may share their respects one hour prior to the service.

Memorials may be designated to Richard Alan Kuder Memorial, and may be left at the service or mailed to Koons Funeral Home, 211 N. Main, Goodland, KS  67735-1555.
