Carol Archer

Former Kanorado, KS resident Carol Sue Archer, 75, passed away on Monday, November 2, 2020 at the Long Term Care Center in Quinter, KS.

Carol was born on April 20, 1945 in Goodland, KS to Everett and Alberta (Macho) Archer.  She was one of two children.  She attended school at Kanorado High School in graduated in 1963.  She then went on and attended college at Fort Hays State University earning her degree in Bookkeeping.

She worked as a bookkeeper for many years at the grain elevator in Kanorado and in Goodland.  She had two daughters Laura and Debra.

Carol loved to read, loved music and dancing around the kitchen. She had an amazing smile and laugh and was a very sweet person to everyone she met.

Preceding her in death were her parents and one brother Norman Archer.

She is survived by her two daughters; Laura (Curt) Blickenstaff of Lenexa, KS and Debra (Levi) Turner of Iola, KS.  She is also survived by three grandchildren.
